Jamie is Assistant Professor of Practice of Musical Theatre at University of Arizona. An accomplished music director, pianist, arranger, orchestrator, and vocal coach, she holds a Bachelors of Music degree from Western Michigan University. Additional teaching credits include University of Michigan, Western Michigan University, and Oakland University. MD credits include Memphis, Mamma Mia, The Great American Trailer Park Musical (Received 2017 Wilde Award for Best Music Direction) Cabaret, Assassins, Ain’t Misbehavin’, Evita, Altar Boyz, Shrek, Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown, The Full Monty, Murder Ballad, Next To Normal, Rent, West Side Story, Last Five Years, and Lippa’s The Wild Party. University of Arizona Credits include Sister Act, Spring Awakening, Pippin, and The Light in the Piazza. National Tour credits: Wicked, Book of Mormon, Chicago, Beauty and the Beast, South Pacific, and Fiddler on the Roof. Jamie also spent 6 years as a Music Director for Holland America Cruise Lines.
