Onelia Soldini has been teaching voice & singing for more than fifteen years across Italy, Ireland, France, Germany and the UK. She went on to train as a singer at Siena Jazz (Accademia Nazionale Jazz) and also as an operatic singer and actress (she was a choir member in the Opera International Festival in Tuscany). Since graduating, she has not only worked as a musical theatre singer, but also a singing teacher, vocal coach, actress, vocalist and theatre director. In 2017 she led a workshop on Musical Theatre for Music Generation (Dublin).
Onelia is an Estill Master Trainer (qualifying in 2012 with Elisa Turla) and is now a Practice Group Leader, working with Francesco Mecorio, Anne Marie Speed and Naomi Eyers. Since 2015 she has been working for the show “Sisters!” with the authors, Kaeylea VanKeith and Tracy Ryan, and in 2022 was Assistant MD, Vocal Coach, ensemble member and understudy for the production at the dlr Mill Theatre in Dublin. She is a singing teacher and Head of singing at the ICMT (International College of Musical Theatre), London, and Artistic Administrator at the Trentino Opera Festival, organised by Piper Artists Management.
